One day, he finds a strange looking piece of jewelry. He knows that there’s only one person who would wear this kind of jewelry and returns it to her.
At first, the antique store owner doesn’t believe Michael when he says that he found it and is returning it. After a while she does and visits his home where she rewards him with a green necklace that is warm to the touch and is slightly glowing. The antiques store owner tells him that this necklace will bring him good luck. Then, the magic begins.
I enjoyed this short entertaining book about being bullied and the power of friendship. I recommend it for anyone aged nine to twelve who wants some magic in their lives!
